This program assumes seven things about you.

If any are missing, you can't buy this beta. We'll route you to the fall list — free.

  1. You have access to a barbell, dumbbells, and a power rack.
  2. You can squat your bodyweight cleanly.
  3. You can hold a wall sit for 60 seconds without collapsing.
  4. You are sleeping 7 or more hours a night.
  5. You can breathe through your nose under load.
  6. You have not had a significant lower-body injury in the last 90 days.
  7. You have 45 minutes, four times a week, for six weeks.

The Methodology

Position-first conditioning. A safety doesn't train like a lineman. A wide receiver doesn't train like a fullback. Every protocol is shaped by what your position demands and where the gaps in your team's program leave you.

The six weeks run on a fixed rotation: 1, 2, 3, 2, 1, 3, 2, 3 — three session types, three full cycles. Iso-extreme holds. Extreme-slow contractions. Density blocks. Built to keep the body in the alarm phase without the grinding that traditional pre-season conditioning forces.

This is not a hypertrophy program. It is not a strength program. It is a conditioning program — designed to get an already-prepared athlete to August in better positional readiness than the schedule alone would produce.

#
Deliverable
01
The 6-week pre-season block
Written program. Four sessions per week. Mon · Tue · Thu · Fri. Six weeks. The full 1-2-3-2-1-3-2-3 rotation × three.
02
Readiness intro · Adam, on camera
How to know if you're ready. What to feel for. How to breathe under load. What 93% contraction velocity actually is. Eight minutes.
03
Three session walkthroughs
One per session type. Adam talking you through every exercise, every position, every cue. Ten minutes each.
04
Substitution library
Every exercise has 2–3 sanctioned subs with the reason each preserves the stimulus. For when an athlete can't do the prescribed movement, or doesn't have the equipment.
05
Conflict guide · school + team programs
What to do when your team's program runs gassers Tuesday, 1RM bench Wednesday, and 7-on-7 Friday. How to interleave without overtraining.
06
Coach companion
A one-page handout you give your HC. Diplomatic. Position-first. Explains why this complements what the team is doing — not contradicts it.
07
Weekly check-in form
Sleep, readiness, adherence. Light touch. Adam reads every submission. If your data flags concern, you hear back.

Built. Not born. Twice.

Nobody recruited me out of high school. I walked on at Arizona State. Six years later I was a first-round pick.

Nobody hired me to the booth. CBS analyst since 2012. Twelve seasons. Same arc, twice.

What got me from a 4.8 forty to a 4.37 — what got me from a walk-on roster spot to the first round — is the methodology behind this program. Adapted for the six weeks before a football season.

Honest answers.

Who is this for?
High-school football athletes who are already prepared — the kind of athlete who can clear all seven readiness questions on his own. If you're not there yet, the on-ramp opens in the fall. Wait for it.
Can I do this if I'm also doing my team's summer program?
Yes. The conflict guide handles it. Common HS team programs — gassers, max-effort days, 1RM testing, 7-on-7 — are catalogued. You'll know how to interleave without overtraining.
Why $197 when the fall product is $447?
This is a paid beta. The 50 buyers help me learn what the fall product needs. You get the price and you get $100 off the fall bundle. I get the data. Even trade.
Who wrote the methodology?
Jay Schroeder. Forty years inside the system. His framework — what he calls Evo — is the methodology I used to walk on at ASU and get drafted in the first round. I'm packaging it for football. Jay's name is on the methodology page.
What if it doesn't work for me?
14-day refund window. If you complete the readiness intro and the first three sessions and it's not for you, full refund. Past day 14, no refunds — you've seen the full system.
Is there a coach version?
Not in the beta. If you're a high-school or college strength coach interested in deploying this with your team, get on the fall list — that's where the team license launches.
What if I miss the 50-seat cap?
Fall product opens in October. Same methodology, expanded — with the on-ramp Jay is writing now. Get on the list either way.

That's the gate. I don't sell people something that won't work for them.
